Sessions
Coaching can have a significant impact in just one session. Some people like to plan for a significant transition with a series of regular sessions.
I am happy to book one session at a time, working around the frequency that works for you.
A coaching session typically takes 60 – 90 minutes.
I am able to coach you online (e.g. using Microsoft Teams) or in person. Face to face coaching is likely to be in Lincoln where I am based.
