This privacy policy sets out how Mary Heritage uses and protects any personal information that you provide. Mary Heritage is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. I always aim to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This policy applies to all my dealings with you including when you interact with my website.

What I collect:

- An emergency contact – such as a family member or employer.
If you access my website, technical information including internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your log in information, browser type and version time zone setting, browser plug in types and versions, operating system and platform.

Where and how I store your personal data
I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place appropriate technical, organisational and security measures to safeguard and secure the information I collect.
No Personal Data is stored on my website.
I do not keep paper records containing your Personal Data. Handwritten notes made during any coaching/ supervision session are kept in a notebook, without identifying information. The notebooks are destroyed when complete.
My laptop is password protected
Any records I am required to maintain (for example for the purposes of my own Coaching accreditation, HMRC returns or professional registration renewal) do not include your personal identifiable information.

As a Data Subject under the Data Protection legislation referred to above, you have the following rights:
